Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Ozonya piece, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at ozonya.handmade@gmail.com.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent to Spain, and shipping costs are initially covered by you.
We will reimburse the return shipping cost only if the item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, once the return has been received and inspected.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
You’ll need to return the product to us before we can send a replacement or process a refund.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once your return is approved, place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same unused, original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
