Shipping & Delivery

Every Ozonya piece is carefully prepared and packed by hand from Madrid, Spain. We ship with Correos, using padded A6 envelopes to make sure your handmade jewellery reaches you safely.

Each order is more than a package — it’s a story that travels from our hands to yours.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping.

Shipping Options

1. Untracked Padded Letter – €2.80

  • Available to: Spain and Belgium

  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Details: Sent as a letter and deposited directly into your mailbox.

This is our most affordable option, perfect for small orders.
Please note that it does not include tracking, and Ozonya Handmade cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages sent with this method.

2. Tracked Padded Letter – €5.80

  • Available to: All European countries except Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Moldova, Russia, and the United Kingdom

  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Details: Sent as a registered letter with tracking.
    Delivery is made in person; if no one is home, Correos will leave a notice (“aviso”) indicating where you can collect your package within 15 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive your tracking number by email.

Packaging

We use padded yellow A6 envelopes to protect your jewellery during its journey. Each item is wrapped with care, ready to brighten your day (or someone else’s!).

Lost or Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If your address is incomplete or incorrect, your package will likely be returned to us, and we’ll need to charge a new shipping fee to resend it.

While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ozonya Handmade cannot be held responsible for postal delays or disruptions (for example, due to strikes, public holidays, or courier issues).

Customs & Import Taxes

We currently ship only within Europe.
Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays or charges that may occur during customs processing.
